Commitments

• Published policies

  Terms, privacy, acceptable use, child safety and AI transparency are published as versioned documents with effective dates, so it is always clear which version applied when.

• Data handling

  Learner identity, entitlement and payment records are held in one system of record. Marketing sites hold no personal data and carry no third-party tracking.

• AI use

  AI features are grounded in specific lesson material and cite their source. They are not used to make decisions about a learner.

• Payment integrity

  Access is granted only on a validated payment notification from the provider. A browser returning from a payment page never grants access on its own.
