The agreement between you and Dragon Alexa when you use our products.

Who this covers

These terms cover use of Dragon Alexa products, including the VirtualX platform at app.virtualx.tv.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private. Access is personal to the account holder and is not transferable.

Access and term

Paid access is granted for a fixed term stated at purchase. It does not renew automatically and ends when the term ends.

Acceptable use

Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Sharing paid access outside your account is not permitted.

Content ownership

Lesson content remains the property of Dragon Alexa or its licensors. Access to view content does not transfer any ownership or right to redistribute it.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access where these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are breached.
